The structure of the door lock controller

The door lock controller is to centralize the control and locking of the 4 doors for the convenience and safety of the vehicle.

The working principle of the door lock controller is to transform electrical energy into mechanical energy, and drive the gear to switch the door with electric motor.

The basic composition is mainly composed of door lock switch, door lock actuator and door lock controller.

(1) door lock switch: the switch of most door lock controller consists of the total switch and the split switch. The total switch is installed on the door of the driver. The total switch can lock or open all the doors of the whole car; the door can be controlled separately on the other doors.

(2) door lock execution: control of door lock execution, execution of lock and opening of door lock. There are three types of electromagnetic, DC motor and permanent magnet motor.

(3) door lock controller: the control device that provides lock / open pulse current for the door lock, has the function of controlling the direction of the electric current, and has the timing function in order to shorten the working time. According to its control principle, it can be generally divided into 3 types: transistor type, capacitance type and speed induction type.
