The tire pressure detection sensor system consists of two main parts: the remote tire pressure monitoring module mounted on the car tires and the central monitor (LCD/LED monitor) installed on the car driver's driver's driver. The tire pressure and temperature modules are directly installed in each tire, and the measured signals are modulated by high-frequency radio waves (RF). A car or van TPMS system has 4 or 5 (including spare tire) TPMS monitoring module, and a truck has 8~36 tire pressure detection sensor monitoring module. The central monitor receives the signals emitted by the TPMS monitoring module, and displays the tire pressure and temperature data on the screen for the driver to refer to. If the tire pressure or temperature is abnormal, the central monitor sends out the alarm signal according to the abnormal condition, and reminds the driver to take the necessary measures.

Since automobile tires are mostly vacuum radial tires without inner tube, it is very convenient and easy to install the tire pressure monitoring module of the tire pressure detection sensor in the tire. However, the internal environment and temperature of the tire are very bad, and the pressure, temperature and humidity change especially when the car runs at high speed. The design of the module should be selected according to the requirements of the military products, and the production process is formulated according to the requirements of the industrial products. However, it is a large and wide range of automobile general safety products, which should be priced according to the consumer electronic products.

The pressure monitoring module of tire tire pressure detection sensor consists of five parts: 1, intelligent sensor MCM with pressure, temperature, acceleration, voltage detection and post signal processing ASIC chip combination. 2, 8-16 bit singlechip (MCU). 3, RF radio frequency emission chip. 4.
